Gulf Coast Villas LLC does not collect personal information. Any information we receive, such as names, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, etc., may be stored by us. However, if and when such information is used, it’s use will be strictly limited to our own business purposes. Information provided to us, of whatever nature, will not be sold or otherwise transferred to any unaffiliated third parties. Gulf Coast Villas LLC reserves the right to contact individuals regarding matters relevant to the underlying service and/or the information collected. Gulf Coast Villas LLC reserves the right to perform statistical analyses, for it’s sole and unique use of user behavior and characteristics in order to measure interest in and use of the various areas of the site.
Upon simple request by electronic mail to www.GulfCoastVillas.com or www.RotondaVillas.com, Gulf Coast Villas LLC will delete any information provided by such person from its database. However, it may prove difficult to delete all of a person’s data without some residual information due to the use of backups and maintenance of records which may be legally required.
